We should keep obviously studying all of these. We should not tell patients that the the diet, you know, any of these laboratory examinations that we do or any of the diagnoses we make may. lead to exactly which mechanism is explaining like each individual case, because I imagine they're all going to have quite a bit of variability, especially in such a rare problem. The constructive position, I think, is this: the association with textured implants is strong enough to change device use, and obviously do that with informed consent. The mechanistic details are Obviously still not completely understood, so obviously patients need to be aware and, and follow up.
