So we think, like, okay, we've got to just. We have to tailor everything to our genes. Well, you kind of do, but it's. It's not. It's not as hardwired. Like, there's. There's a lot of adaptability. I like how you use that. It's how your body's adapting to the stress. So if your body's overwhelmed and you've got all kinds of, like, kinks in the hose everywhere, then you are going to start to experience symptoms. But you have a threshold of margin that gives you kind of grace in that space. Like, you're not going to just shut down if you don't get your diet right. Like, your body has an ability to kind of work with some different variables. So I think that's important to realize because as you heal, you have to give yourself one, you got to give yourself time. But two, you've got to be able to give yourself enough grace to realize that you're not going to get it all right. You don't have to have all the information. I've realized that over years and years, like, you're never going to have all of the information to know confidently. This is exactly what my body needs. You just need to be able to confidently point out the inputs that you know are not going to give you a positive outcome. And having extra toxins in your home and, you know, blue light and just poor lifestyle habits like that goes a really long way. So don't neglect the foundations of your health. Like, stay in the lane of constantly coming back to the foundations. And then you can do some of the testing to really dial in some of the specifics, because that can really help you kind of carve away, like, really start to trim out the stuff that's causing that excess inflammation.
