This is Dr. Whitfield in Austin, Texas. I wanted to talk to you about an incredible new device I have for skin tightening. In the last decade we've had devices come along that provide some limited skin tightening. But in 2016, an FDA trial was performed and using the bipolar radiofrequency device, body type by in mode, it is actually shown to have about a 30% contraction rate across skin types. So this is an excellent opportunity to take advantage of skin tightening that we didn't have before. I have the device right next to me and I'll pan down and show you. It's right here. Sorry, it's right here. The device itself is not large or cumbersome. I'm going to do many of these procedures under local in the office. Overall, this I think will provide our patients a kind of much needed option versus surgery. There's no skin incision involved. You can combine it with liposuction if you choose to. We feel like that's an added benefit. With the fat removal and then the tightening on top of that, you'll get better contracture of the skin. This is great to help contour the waistline in both women and men. You can treat arms in women, which we have always had difficulty in treating arms without leaving a large scar. There is the ability to do a minimally invasive breast lift with this device as well. And it's easy to treat necks in a non surgical way where all the all we had before really was surgical excision, either directly or doing a face neck lift period in the period before. So at this point I think it's a tremendous advantage in my practice to have body tight and be able to combine it with liposuction to contour other areas. In addition, face tight can be used on the lower face, upper face around the eyes. You can do the face tight under local anesthesia in the office. Combine it with liposuction of the cemental region if you'd like to relieve that double chin area and get better contraction. If you have had laxity after a facelift and just want to improve that area, you can use the face tight for that as well. I think there's lots of opportunities for this. I saw a patient today who really didn't want a tummy tuck, doesn't have any ability to have downtime, but really felt interested in the body tight where you can do isolated areas of liposuction and combined it with the body tight to get better contraction. So I think it opens a large group of people who never would have considered having procedures done before, but this is minimally invasive. You do it under local.
