Breast Implant Explant: Minimizing Pain & Maximizing Comfort

We try to do everything up front to reduce nausea, inflammation, really try to calm the nervous system down, because that's a huge deal. And then before somebody ever goes back to have an explant, our anesthesia group provides a nerve block in the pre op area. And then I do more nerve blocks, you know, during the case. And so when people wake up, they're not having from an explant procedure. I mean, nothing like you would expect in terms of even an augmentation where everybody's got the implants up by their throat, their muscle hurts, they're swollen, they're like, when's this going to stop?
