Very large silicone granuloma formation. And then on the backside, here's the device. This one's got more of a contracture, but we'll take and open this now. So this is a much thicker capsule on this side. Like I said, it was more of a contracture. There's a lot of gel bleed on this side. It's very sticky. Right in this area, like right here, you can see silicone formation, granuloma formation, and then form these huge granulomas on the other side out into the tissues. So that's this side. So we're going to send this whole specimen so that it gets looked at and make sure there's nothing suspicious in it.
