I think that when we think about the healing touch to our breasts that we're going to begin to have, whether you're having reconstructive surgery, explantation, whatever it might be, you really want to be thinking about the nurturing and the healing parts of this. Not just the sensual and the sexual. The sensual and the sexual can't really come till you go through the nurturing and the healing. So I think that's very important too. So that's, that's where we're going. And then next, I really wanted to, you know, I think it's important that when you start to do this breast massage master plan that I really want to walk you through today, that you can teach it to your partner and you can do it for yourself. And one of the things that's important about the feminine form is that we are moon women and we run on a 28 day cycle even after we menopause. So there are days where our breasts are going to feel heavy and full and, you know, almost achy. And other times when our breasts are going to feel kind of flat and saggy and not as alive and bouncy. I like your bouncy word. And that every day and every time we touch our breasts or our partner touches our breasts, they're going to want something different.
