Really stress. And burnout is considered an epidemic worldwide. There's increasing numbers. More than 50% of people report burnout. And usually burnout is related to the workplace. The official definition is related to work. But I see that people are burned out with their lives in general, men, women, children, teenagers. That's the thing about burnout is it can hit anyone at any age. I see patients from young kids and teenagers all the way into their 80s experiencing symptoms of burnout. And I think it's to answer your question, it's because one, it's because culturally, we're taught to push ourselves hard, right? We're taught we've got to do more, be more, be everything, be superhuman. And when we're pushing ourselves so hard, we're not taught to take care of ourselves. Right.
