Inspira implant is simply more filled in volume. Instead of being 85% filled in volume, it's 95% filled. So the shell of the implant doesn't ripple as much. And I've used those successfully in thinner patients and I think that's a place where it fits.
The more options we have. I mean we're trying to constantly push the envelope and give them the best result. I'm trying to take someone say who's having a mastectomy and do an immediate single stage implant based reconstruction either less invasively with covering it with the biologic mesh. So an implant that holds its shape better has better either highly cohesive gel or more fill is going to give them better body image after their treatment or someone who's really, really thin and they're trying to have an augmentation to either help them after a pregnancy or just something they've always wanted to have a better shape. I think the more we have the more we can use in our hands.
