This YouTube conversation (hosted by Robert Whitfield MD) focuses on restoring physiological balance through environmental and lifestyle factors — air and water quality, diet, stress management, and supplementation — and emphasizes simplifying care when inflammation impairs absorption. Dr. Whitfield highlights liquid-form supplements to address malabsorption and describes a detox program that draws participants nationally and internationally.
Sharp is about looking at all the things that are making you out of balance to help restore balance. And your air quality, fluid quality, the food quality, stress management, supplementation. All of our supplements that I can make liquid based because I have so many problems with my patients and absorption of food and supplements and they have constipation, diarrhea, all the things happening all the time. When you have inflammation, you have to make it as simple as possible.
Yeah. So someone like me ruptured, you know, fully encapsulated, but like you said, permeable, you know, so it's probably leached into my system for sure. Do I need to. Beyond taking them out almost two years ago, do I need to address, like, detoxing? Like, should I be testing for all the things you test for, just to see if there's any tidying up I need.
So I think that's our program will grow the most because of that aspect of our program, the detox program, because people run my program from all over the United States and we have people coming from Asia and Europe now.
