In addition to functional medicine testing for each of my breast implant illness clients, we offer a complimentary EEG at their pre op appointment at their one week appointments at one month and three months after their explant. Procedure we chose to use EEG to evaluate brain fog because it allows you to check someone's auditory response time and if they have decreased activity it will show this something that we can check after their explant and as we modify both their diet, help them with nutraceuticals so that they may methylate better or they may who are having micronutrient deficiencies. As we address those, hopefully we'll see changes in those EEGs that are positive as well.
