Short YouTube video by Robert Whitfield MD describing his personal experience using autologous (his own) adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cells to treat a chronically degenerative neck condition. He contrasts this therapy with peptides and exosomes, emphasizes individualized therapy based on one’s genetics/diet/supplementation, and reports severe neck pain with electrical shocks that led him to have stem cells injected into his neck.

And the, the thing that I like probably the most of all of those, having experienced them all, it's my own stem cells. First of all, for the audience, I don't give anything to a client that I haven't tried personally. So of all the things you just mentioned, the only thing I haven't had is B cell. I've had my own stem cells injected in my neck because I've operated since 1996, and I have a chronically degenerative neck condition. And I've tried every peptide under the sun. And exosomes we've used extensively in terms of, you can use them different ways for wound healing, but we're trying to get, you know, better scars. Everybody's gonna have an ability to heal the scar. And the, the thing that I like probably the most of all of those, having experienced them all, is my own stem cells. It's my own genetic material. And we use adipose derived mesenchymal stem cells. I feel like that, in terms of individualized therapy, is most exciting and intriguing to me. Knowing your own genetics and then focusing on your diet and supplementation and using your own stem cells, and this is not Benjamin Button type stuff, but, you know, your stem cells will hone in on wherever you have a problem, chronically or acutely, to help heal it. And for your audience, I was having such severe neck pain that I was having electrical shocks down my neck and shoulder into my hand. And that's never good. As a surgeon.
