Just mycotoxins, like ochratoxin. Maybe people have heard of that from Aspergillus. Ochratoxin is actually put into wine. So in the United States, there's no regulation of how much they put in the wine. But in Europe, there is actually a regulation about this, and that's another reason why people will have difficulty drinking wine.
