Hey, it's Dr. Whitfield. We just finished an explant. We're going to go ahead and look at the specimens. These devices are from South America. The patient's had a lot of symptoms. When I open this up, this is actually very slick. So this could represent biofilm or gel bleed. We'll look at it here. These are textured devices. You can feel the surface. This is a lofim 430cc high profile device. So this doesn't have any ruptures or leaks that I can see. We'll look at this other one here. This one too has a lot of slickness to the surface, almost kind of gooey. I always feel like that represents biofilm. In my experience. This is a lo fim 430cc device, high profile once again. I mean, the device looks to be intact. And I don't think this represents gel bleed more than it represents bio. So we've sent samples already. We'll send the entire capsule off to make sure there's nothing else concerning these devices.
