Hey, it's Dr. Whitfield. Today we're doing an explant, a lift and a fat transfer. But what we're doing right now is body type. Patients travel in from out of state and they want maximal skin tightening. And when we're over age 35, basically our collagen and elastin go down. So I like to use radio frequency skin tightening. I like to use the ENMO device, which is bipolar. So everything happens right between here. It's very safe. You can't injure skin, you can't overheat skin because there's temperature sensors in each tip.
