This explant is a patient who had several procedures and she has multiple sets of capsule. So basically what we were doing is stripping them off. And there's different layers of the capsule here. So this is a whole different layer. This is where her implants were previously. You can see inside there. There's an old pocket. I'll go ahead and just open it a little bit more. Now my thumb is in an old space. This is a old silicone gel implant in a new space. And it's already trying to leak out of here.
