So I do hear about explant surgeons that will not offer breast, lips, and or fat grafting at the time of explant. Very strange. I really don't understand that concept. The patients are uniformly told, wait a year, there's inflammation, the blood supply is going to improve. You don't come back. And when I ask those surgeons, how often do those patients come back? They don't say, like, yeah, 5 or 10%. Yeah, I'm doing breast lifts or fat grafting on, you know, maybe 75% of my explant or 80% of my explant patients. And some of them say, if I knew the breast would be this good with this approach, I never would have put the implant in. Right, Right. You know, I'm learning from them.
