One of the things that I think a lot of people go through is having the courage to do the surgery because what is going to be on the other side physically, what's going to happen? And that was something that I was really afraid of but not really knowing what to expect. And I remember my doctor telling me, you know, give yourself, give your body some time to heal. But after I had my surgery, I realized probably maybe like a couple weeks later that my breast tissue was very distorted. And I thought, okay, is this just the healing that needs to happen? And I called my doctor and I said, you know, is my body going to look this way? She said describe it to me. And I said it's very tight. And she said, oh, that scar tissue that won't go away. That's just how okay, you're probably, it's probably going to be that way. And I was really devastated hearing her say that.
