Alright, y' all went and drank water out of a water bottle and been roasting at 106 degrees like it is in Austin all the time here, because it would leach microplastics out of the water bottle into your system when you drank the fluids. Similarly, when you've been in a sauna, ones that really go high in temperature, up to like 200, 220, they will leach chemicals out of the shell into your system. I've seen this in my patients, so I want you to be careful.
