This is a YouTube video titled "Fat Harvesting Secrets: Ultrasonic Emulsification & Fine Cannulas" containing a detailed explanation about a fat harvesting technique using ultrasonic emulsification and small cannulas for uniform fat transfer. The content appears to be a monologue or instructional talk focused on medical or cosmetic procedures, recorded in July 2025.
I want to harvest fat without too much blood and fibrous components. So I tend to emulsify fat with an ultrasonic tool called the Vaser, which comes out like a fine milkshake and doesn't have clumps of fat in it. For for uniform harvest and uniform deposition of fat, I only use small cannulas, meaning small tubes that are no more than 3 millimeter diameter, to harvest fat, because again, I want fine particulate fat material to transfer and I put it into a sterile collecting system and then immediately transfer it to syringes and then inject it by hand under low pressure manual injection technique with continuous motion through the body area that I'm injecting to lay it down in a very uniform way.
