Simultaneous fat transfer. You want to get enough volume to transfer. So think of strategically, there's three areas that get fat transfer. Anatomically, we do faces, but when you do a face, it's very little fat. And you usually want to have it much deeper because anything superficial will be easily visible. You don't want that. This, the buttocks is a very common place for fat transfer. Brazilian butt lift is a fat transfer to the buttock. Now, the buttock is such a large area, so you got the gluteus maximus, which is the muscle, and then deep fat, superficial fat. But it's a much thicker area, much larger area. And if in our experience, typically, if you didn't put like 500cc's per side, a half liter per side, it was hard to see a visible change, unless somebody wanted a very small feeling of a hip dip or something like that.
