I do fat transfers because I can give patients the ideal body shape that they want. I'm taking fat out from the areas where you don't want it, like the abs, the sides, the hips, arms, and thighs. We can take it out any area where you don't want that fat and enhance the areas where you do want breasts or buttocks. So today we did a procedure where we removed bilateral breast implants. They were both 250cc's each. And then I performed liposuction. The anterior abdominal wall, the fl, the hips, and the lower back. We processed the fat and then placed it into the breast and had a volume of 500 on each side. So we actually replaced the existing implant with a larger fat volume to give a really good enhanced look.
