Basically, if we have contour problems, we just correct them at the time of the fat transfer, and we can address skin at that time, too. I try to balance out the procedures. We don't want to, you know, have to continue to do more procedures if we don't have to. The most, you know, efficient way I can do it for patients, I try. So today, the patient who came in from Canada, we did a vertical lift, and I did a fat transfer. Everybody's different based on what they need. If somebody wants a really, really elevated nipple position, the only way to do that, you know, for me personally, is with a vertical lift. And then that takes a wide breast, narrows it, and then you add volume, especially in the upper two thirds. That's a nice restoration maneuver because that's where you typically lose the most volume when you explant. And then if I have somebody who just wants a cosmetic breast augmentation with fat transfer, which we we've done recently, I was hoping some of those folks would hop on as well. It's a really nice way to augment those patients. It's a good contouring procedure. So, yeah, I think it's a very useful procedure in my hands.
