I think using fat allows me to restore symmetry and provide balance. It doesn't give you an exaggerated or distorted appearance change. Where implants can be too typically, if you think of like, the upper pole, fullness can be too much, because that's not necessarily a natural appearance. So I get asked, like, how often can I do these who's the camera candidate? And how do I establish candidacy? Now I'm pretty strict with candidacy because I've got a lot of factors that I didn't used to have to deal with. I have people taking GLP1 agonists, which are things like Olympic Mongo, WeGovy, and the newest ones coming. They're very effective at diminishing, if you want to think of it, your desire to eat. Sometimes binge eating people, sometimes because of the delay in gastric emptying. Don't they stay full? They feel full for a long time.
