When somebody says they can't do a fat transfer on somebody who has a low BMI, you know what I would tell your patients and for everybody listening is you should get out of the door and just leave because you don't take a Ferrari to a Volkswagen mechanic. They don't know what they're doing. They don't know what they're doing and they're telling you something that they don't understand or can't do. Surgery is a repetition sport. So everything should be focused on maintaining strength, building lean muscle mass, maintaining healthy fats in your diet, maintaining your BMI, and elevating it as you grow older. You're not doing, uh, CrossFit, which has got to be the stupidest fucking thing ever. I want to go sit by the pool and enjoy my cocktail, see my kids grow up, and not need a cane.
