Now you think, well, you know, ethically it's scary, but then you go, what if your son or daughter is blind? Like, and then you could do this gene therapy and make them not blind. It's like, wow, that's actually very, very fucking cool. I mean, if we're getting into that realm, there's a lot of really great ways to, you know, apply it. And, you know, maybe this is the, maybe this is the, maybe this is the more biologically friendly way of upregulating us as human beings into a species that will live longer, be more resilient, as opposed to just put putting a brain tap and wires in and uploading the neuralink.
Looking at genomics has definitely enlightened us the most in terms of how we function and how I look at the problems that we discussed earlier about chronic inflammation, and the more you learn about that, the more you can actually affect that.
