Because I do so many simultaneous lifts and fat transfers. We do these cases typically under general. We use, you know, vertical lifts to narrow breasts and lift the nipple areolar complex without detaching it. We don't need to do that in this instance. We add volume back in cases in the upper pole and the cleavage area to really help with the visual changes that are going to happen from the patient's perspective and just their appearance in general.
