The age old question. So first, second, third generation implants I end up replacing a lot nowadays, but the fifth and sixth generation implants that I've placed in the last five years, I don't think we have to replace those moving forward. They have less than a 4% silent rupture rate. So if you have a problem, you need to be seen by your plastic surgeon. But otherwise I'm not worried about replacing either.
