And, you know, one of the things that I wrote about in the book is these work on the micro RNA and the DNA mutations that we have in the body. So I have a practitioner out in Minnesota who came to me a couple of years ago, and he said, jen, I believe that these are cleaning up gene mutations in the body. And he said, I see a lot of mthfr. I see a lot of the compt genes. I see a lot these, this, these issues.
