Because you can be left deformed. I mean, when I got my implants out, I was really upset because wasn't cute.
And that's why I do a lot of simultaneous transfers. And we know that. And, you know, just the other day I was doing a console and somebody asked me if they were going to be. It was a spouse asking me. You know, I'm worried about my wife being unhappy with the aesthetic result. And I'm like, well, okay, if you take something away volumetrically, nobody's going to be happy.
Yeah.
Just a foregone conclusion. So the point is, if someone has tissue, can I reshape it? And that will give them, you know, a better position of the nipple and a better shape.
Yeah.
And then invariably the cleavage area and the upper portion are what are hollowed out. And that's what, from your view, you're looking at all the time and you're looking in the mirror. And so that's where a fat transfer can help.
