And I think it's very important for the people to understand what happened in this moment with the implants and with the healthiness of the people. In 2000, I returned to Colombia and all the time in Colombia, during my practice in these 25 years, in the first time say okay, the implants is the perfect solution for the breast surgery. For everybody knows the breast is one of the most important parts in the women's because it depends everything. The auto perception and the mirror, the sexuality, the clothes, everything in the patient have the wellness always perfect. But when described the anaplastic lymphoma and when described the squamocellular cancer I said, hey, no, it's not safe. Here we have a problem. Now we know. And in the past three years I never put an implants for my patients. And in the future, never. We use the implants. It's necessary the doctors make another educational program to make surges without implants. And at the same time you develop new materials that's real. This is the future.
