Hey, it's Dr. Chung. I'm here with Sabrina and we're doing. How you doing, Sabrina?
I went pretty smoothly.
Sabrina's fat transfer will be under local, which means she's going to be awake but comfortable.
We're going to demonstrate how to use Pronox. Keeps us nice and relaxed during the entire procedure. The patient is completely in control. Just an inhale in and out.
Dr. Chung is now getting ready to remove fat from unwanted areas and then place it back in the breasts. Liposuction and fat transfer can be done under local, but when combined with an explant, it is better to do it in an OR under general anesthesia.
