There can be a lot of things that happen over the course of a lifetime and you never know what thing is going to be the trigger that tips you over to have a lot of trouble. So I'll, I'll let Jessica tell you her story.
Okay. Thank you, Dr. Whitfield, for having me on here. I'm so honored to be able to share my explant journey. So really where mine started. So actually it's we're right around coming up on the six month mark. I was thinking about that this morning since my explant and I want to start by saying I'm just, I'm so thankful I did it when I did. A lot of my things I've gone through behind the scenes and personal that you won't see if you connect with me on social media could have made me say, oh, I'll do this when, right when my last kid's grown, when I'm through this phase of life or this season. But I'm so glad that I did it when I did because as we'll probably hear later on in here, I needed to address that so, so that I could start really not only my physical healing, but healing in some of the things that I'm going through personal wise. So I want to start by that for sure.
