Looking at all that holistically using the Sharp Method has become my, you know, mantra. That's how I want to take care of a patient because I think that provides the best possible set of outcomes. The other issues that people are super, I think, concerned about when you're taking fat, and everybody's got this concept that liposuction can be super painful, We do a lot of different treatment with local anesthesia, short and long acting. We do have a great relationship with our anesthesia folks who do regional nerve blocks for us. So we work really hard both pre-op, the night before surgery with a specialized protocol to decrease nerve pain, swelling, nausea, and then all these other tools we use both prior to going to sleep with anesthesia doing nerve blocks and then us doing more local anesthetic that's short and long acting during the case to really get folks through the case. And they wake up, they're really pretty comfortable.
