So I had a 35 year old mom come, she's got five kids, which to me is just like unfathomable because I have two and I feel like I have 20. And she was telling me how they all have ADHD and all these things. And, and I think, well, what, what do you all eat? Like what? Just tell me, what do you do? Like, what's their snack or something? Well, candy. I was like, oh, okay. And what do y', all, what do they drink? Monster and Red Bully. I. I swear to God. Seven year old drinking Monster and Red Bull. And I said, okay, and what, like they like chips or something? And so, you know, I don't know if you all have these New Jersey, but they're called Takis. And talkies are this, like this gas station garbage loves them just garbage food. So I just told her, I was like, look, you know, I, I'll help you, but you can't be my patient. I won't operate on folks who eat this way, drink this way. Like this is just something you can't do. So she wanted to learn. So in that setting, you know, I said, well, although these are not, you know, nothing's a perfect situation like you describe in your book. Like, these are some choices you can change. You can change from, you know, Monster and Red Bull with Zevia, which is not perfect, but it's a different option. And you know, we have the Human Chocolate Company. It was an Austin company that still, you know, for us is still protected ingredients, basically, even though it was sold. So I said, you, they can have chocolate and you know, Siete was just bought by another company, but it's an awesome. It was out of Austin. Siete chips are, you know, made with avocado oil. So I was just trying to give her some different options. You know, I was raised a certain way, but if nobody helps you learn how to make those choices, then that begets the problem, right?
