My immune system was constantly compromised. That. It felt like that was my new identity. I just. I was going to be the sick person, and that had just become my identity. I had been diagnosed with sibo, and I had been battling SIBO for over a year, and it just didn't make sense to me. And it then manifested in my skin, and I was diagnosed with perioral dermatitis, which. That also didn't make sense. Those were kind of surface level, but really, I. I would wake up in the morning and be ready for bedtime. I was so tired. I had no energy. I felt like I was constantly fighting this uphill battle, although I was doing all the things that I should have felt so much better. And it just felt like I could never catch a break. And that's when I was led into looking into breast implant illness. And ultimately, all of the symptoms that I had been experiencing for so long, that I had dismissed for so long, were blaring right in front of me. That. That this was an avenue that I needed to explore, which is ultimately what led me to scheduling that first consultation with you that was over. Zoom.
