In this 10‑minute live stream, board‑certified plastic surgeon Dr. Robert Whitfield MD introduces his proprietary minimally invasive facial rejuvenation protocol called the “No Cut Face and Neck Lift.” He explains the motivation behind the technique—eliminating visible scars associated with traditional facelifts—and walks through the evolution of the technologies he employs, from early microneedling and bipolar radiofrequency (Fractora, Morpheus8, FaceTite) to newer FDA‑cleared micro‑coring (Ellacor) and adjunctive devices (Zoomlift, myElevate). Dr. Whitfield emphasizes achieving a natural, non‑pulled appearance while promoting optimal healing. He outlines a suite of in‑office recovery adjuncts—including a German Human Regenerator, New Zealand Flopresso lymphatic device, nanoV therapy, a vertical hyperbaric chamber, red‑light therapy, and topical peptide/exosome/stem‑cell applications—to accelerate post‑procedure recovery. He briefly mentions volume restoration options for patients who have experienced fat loss from GLP‑1 agonists. The procedure is presented as an outpatient service under local anesthesia, with twilight sedation available if desired. The stream concludes with a brief Q&A, addressing questions about the procedure’s ability to repair a tragus after a prior facelift and the recommended frequency of Ellacor treatments, before transitioning to Dr. Whitfield’s private community for deeper discussion.
Questions this video answers
Dr. Whitfield says he would need to see the tragus to assess, indicating a case‑by‑case evaluation.
He treats Ellacor as a maintenance program, typically performed at 4‑6 month, annual, or 2‑year intervals, with no strict limit.

I don't get supported by anybody, but you can catch the scores and the times of the games through LiveScore, which is an app you can download. It's free. So don't miss out on those. Pretty amazing. Yeah, and we have to stay on time today. I have a full schedule in my office. I have about a 10-minute talk to give, and then we can answer some questions and go from there. All right, I believe we have everybody hopped on. So we have and are live across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Substack, YouTube, Rumble. My private community is live as well. My live chat's going. And so we'll get started. So I'm Dr. Whitfield MD, board-certified plastic surgeon in Austin, Texas. Written a couple books, over 170 podcasts. I've done about 4,000 videos, have 1.9 million subscribers on YouTube, although they don't really show my content that much on YouTube anymore. It's not considered family safe, but nonetheless, we have a minimally invasive type of facial rejuvenation that we've termed the No Cut Face and Neck Lift. The reason that we started this is visible scarring around the ear or the hairline, I felt to be unacceptable, much like I don't like the appearance of a tummy tuck scar. So anything we can do to limit scarring, we want to do. And, and obviously we want to provide the most visual change possible. So I think everybody's been, um, aware of things like microneedling. And microneedling is great, it creates a puncture, your body then has to heal that puncture, and the, the upregulation of collagen synthesis helps heal that, that, um, Doesn't necessarily give a big visual change. So things like microneedling don't consistently give you an appearance change or something's visible, so people get disappointed even though structurally it's improving the skin by building collagen. Um, the technologies that have been coming about over time for that have started delivering energy So microneedling with energy went through a whole series of changes from monopolar to bipolar. And we've used bipolar radiofrequency first in the form of Fractora starting in 2017, and then transitioning to Morpheus8 microneedling, combining that with FaceTite to do a, what they considered to be a procedure to externally and internally tighten. So that was the standard that we used for a long period of time. And there have been different versions of neck lifts that have been minimally invasive. Um, we started using, um, post-pandemic the Zoomlift, and that combination worked extremely well. So we do— a treatment where you created facial tightening and neck tightening, and then external treatment with radiofrequency, in this instance bipolar radiofrequency, microneedling. So those were like the combination of treatments that at that point in time, were kind of the best options. And then later on in the process, after the pandemic, the micro-coring technologies became available, were approved through the FDA after going through trials, and they remove skin without scarring using micro-coring. So anything less than a half millimeter doesn't leave a visible scar. Mm-hmm. So if you adjust your thinking to, instead of using microneedling, substitute microcoring, now you have something that you can do in a combined way that applies all these fundamental principles that we were talking about that are minimally invasive or don't leave scarring, have minimal visible access points either at the ear lobule or, Underneath the chin, like there's just, it's very hard to see that anything was ever done. It looks very natural. So our goal is one, to have always a natural appearance change for facial rejuvenation, not look pulled or too tight, and to always do things that from a healing standpoint promote healthy healing. So of course, Everybody asks and wants to know about different types of adjunctive therapies in addition to this neck tightening procedure that we do with FaceTite and with myElevate. And then in terms of skin tightening of the cheeks, you can do FaceTite in conjunction with Ellacor. Now, if you've had fat loss from one of the GLP-1 agonists, there are options in terms of putting fat back. So that's an option as well. And we take those on a case-by-case basis. That's out of the discussion, scope of this discussion. But then there's always gonna be this interest in, and what can we do to make it recover faster? So in my office, we have several healing modalities that help with not just facial rejuvenation healing, or body contouring healing, but are more health and wellness driven. So we have things that lower your parasympathetic state, like the Human Regenerator from Germany. We have things that increase your lymphatic massage, like Flopresso from New Zealand. We have nanoV therapy. We have a vertical hyperbaric chamber. Oxygen is really important in terms of wound healing. Also helps with preventing bacterial infections. And then finally, we have red light therapy. We feel like all these adjuncts are super helpful in terms in terms of the healing process. We also have and have utilized different peptides, exosomes, and stem cell therapies topically and as aerosolized components of applications that we use in conjunction with all these other modalities. So ultimately, you're trying to take all the best technologies and the applications of those in conjunction with topical therapies and all these other healing modalities to do the best minimally invasive facial rejuvenation procedure, which for me is a no-cut facelift and neck lift. I feel like that's a, a very achievable outpatient under local anesthesia service. If someone is really concerned and wants to just have Twilight, we can accommodate that as well. But these are great tools to be able to utilize. Last night I did a live and had some before and afters in my private community. Mm-hmm. We're gonna go in my private community here for Q&A in about a minute or two. So we'll shut this down and go into my private community, have a brief Q&A. But I'd love to take a couple questions here. I am live on TikTok and Instagram right now. If somebody has a question, I can take them before I transition to my community. Remember to go to drrobcircle.com and join, it's free. Yes. And is there a question? Hi, Angie. I think we're supposed to do a show together at some point. Good to see you. Well. Ay, ay, ay. I don't have a question here. And many of you have never heard of this procedure. It's something that I developed through our programming here as it relates to facial rejuvenation, because I wanted to avoid the stigmatization created by facelift scars. I don't like them. I don't like the appearance of them. That's basically how this evolved. Are you able to repair the tragus after another unsuccessful facelift that you have if you take on a no-cut facelift? I'd have to see the tragus, to be honest. Sugar Floss, I'm sorry, without a picture, Oh, Miss Blackman has a question here. How many Ellacor treatments can you have? You know, I think, Tiffany, you treat this as a maintenance program. And I used to have people do, you know, maintenance treatments for the skin using microneedling, but I would consider this a more aggressive maintenance treatment. And it really depends on the skin type and the laxity. I've had people do these probably on 4 to 6 month intervals, annual intervals, and 2-year intervals. I haven't had, less than that. I don't think there's a limit though. We don't like limits in life. All right, for everybody who wants to ask me more questions, we're gonna go ahead and go into my private community. Maybe we can, get Miss Tiffany to come in there and talk about her Elicor experience. All right, we're going to start transitioning to my private community now. I'm going to end this stream on Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, Rumble, and Substack, and then, uh, TikTok and Instagram.
