she didn't have other things. She had no external signs or symptoms. So that led me to question over my— at that point, what was that? So that's a decade at that point of practice. I was like, at least over a decade. It's like, well, how many people have come to me with an occult implant infection who didn't feel well that we kind of said, ah, because you had this therapy, you, You're expected to be tired or whatever. So she put me on, I guess, a Facebook group, which I don't really like Facebook. And then I just had people start calling my office and the staff were confused because the people were calling the office saying, hey, I want Dr. Whitfield to take my implants out.
Mm. So, okay.
I see. So that's basically set in motion everything. So then I got tabbed to be the guy to talk to the FDA because I was president-elect of our research foundation. Now there's something you need to know about me. If you don't want to know the answer to the questions or the problems, you should not ask me.
