I let my audience know. So Reagan had impact on me by saying this with his wife meal prepping. So now I get those on Saturday or Sunday. They're lamb or venison or bison and I cut them up and I just make little basic protein bites and I carry them around with me like I got my little Pyrex in my bag and I just carry stuff around to my the surgery centers I operate or my office and I don't really want to. And hopefully most of us don't have to order things out a lot because we get a lot of things in our diet that way that are not great for us, depending on where you live and what access you have without knowing it. Reagan had an impression on me because I'm always very curious about how everybody else is either hacking something or doing better to get not just fitter but better nutrition because if your gut doesn't get nutrients, your brain doesn't work.
