Transcript excerpt of a YouTube conversation about persistent symptoms after breast implant explant. A patient reports lingering bloating and food intolerances six years after explant; Dr. Robert Whitfield explains that outcomes vary—some patients recover quickly with the program while others still feel ill many months post-explant.
Because I although my brain fog is gone, my UTIs are gone, a lot of those symptoms are gone. I still bloat with my stomach. I still have intolerances. I still have things that are kind of unexplained that haven't gotten better over six years. Like what would you suggest for someone in my position?
Yeah, I believe that's why the program works so well as you would imagine. Say if you are our patient and like you just pointed out, many things got better but then these others did it. And so we had have some patients in the first, you know, six years that I was doing this do extremely well and boom, they're, they're gone, no trouble. Then you'd have the other extreme where people be like 16 months out and they feel just as bad.
Yeah.
As when they had surgery. So for everybody listening, that is a consequence of genetics and your, your toxicity burden.
