Personalized Health: Why One-Size-Fits-All Doesn't Work

A wellness coach explains why generic health advice fails. People with conditions like MCAS need different approaches to diet and sauna use than standard recommendations suggest.
Try to get everybody. And some of them never been taught anything about food 100%. Oh, my gosh. I learned that with my clients almost every time you think they're eating healthily and they're not. But I just wanted to reiterate what you're saying so important, because I think Dr. Tan was talking about after they've explanted to potentially go into a sauna. But then on that note, some people with mcas can't handle extreme heat or cold conditions. So, yeah, it's always important to remember there's no one size fits all approach or formula when it comes to health. That's not how health is practiced. And even more so, why why it's so important to work with your health practitioner of choice to make sure that, you know, you're getting the proper care and not just taking bits and pieces from different podcasts and things that you've heard and you know, you know. And so as a wellness coach, that's, that's why I'm leading you to where you need to be. And, you know, disclaimer here. This isn't intended to heal, treat or cure anyone. I just wanted to know that we're informing you in different areas that you can work with that health practitioner.
