I feel if you have a strong mindset going in, you're going to have a strong mindset coming out. And so I had my consultations with you in April of 2023, and I booked my surgery for November of 2023, just because we were going to be in Europe for about a month. And so that did give me many months to prepare for surgery. So I did a lot of mental, physical and emotional work. I physically prepared my body for a surgery, eating, anti inflammatory, staying with my lifestyle, nutrition. And then I did a lot of meditation. I did a lot of just self work, a lot of inner work, a lot of why did I get implants? And now why am I taking them out? And I just kept telling my body every day, because it's easy to look and wake up, look in the mirror and say, pick yourself apart.
