I work with women all day long and everyone is, you know, I hear that a lot. Like, I don't have the energy. And again, we chalk it up to age, lifestyle of these things. But I have energy for the first time in a long time and it's so awesome. It's like, it's liberating. It's like, oh, this is how I was supposed to feel. And you know, I used to wake up and like I said, like, oh my gosh, I can't wait for bedtime tonight. And I started my day that way, which is, which is awful. I'm so looking forward to the holidays. Whereas in the past I might have somewhat dreaded them. Only in the sense that I would think, oh gosh, I'm going to be so tired. Like, I'm already so tired. And I saw my great niece the other day and she's coming over for Thanksgiving and I just said, I can't wait to see you and play games and have so much fun. I did not have the energy to say that last year or previous holidays. So it's, it's crazy. It's, it's, it's huge and it's, it's life changing.
