Hi, everybody. Hello, everyone. Welcome. We're so happy that you're here. We have been thrilled all week getting ready to share with you guys just to answer your questions about breast implant illness, about how to detox, about surgery, and all the things that we have planned for you today. We have about an hour with you to make sure your questions are answered. We have a lot of questions that came in through the chat, so thank you so much for sending those in early. And we want to just kind of start by welcoming you, introducing ourselves. So Gina is my partner. She's here with me today as well. We're going to kind of be guiding you through this journey. So thank you for joining us. We'll probably have a few more join, but I'm going to go ahead and jump in to honor your time for those of you who joined on time. So I am, Chelsea, I am a part of Dr. Whitfield's team. That's really where this launched, where this idea launched. We have both been through surgery. We went through explant surgery, and we are now on the other side of that. So we saw that a lot of women were suffering and struggling through this. And maybe you're ready for explant, maybe you're not. Maybe you've already explained it and you're just trying to figure out if detox is right for you. And we're here to answer all the things. So what we currently do is, is we run a group detox program for a surgery center, and that's for Dr. Whitfield. And now we are starting to open up that detox program to other women. And it can be women who have gone through the surgery already, or it can be women who have maybe never explanted or just curious about can be for women like myself who detox for years and years and years prior to explant. So I had implants installed at the ripe age of 18 years old, and I felt great for a little while. And then about five years later, I started experiencing a lot of inflammatory symptoms. And I wasn't sure that those were even related to implants. It wasn't even on my mind. I just thought, I'm stressed. I'm in nursing school. I'm doing all the things. And suddenly I realized that detox could really help me out. And it was just by luck that I was introduced to detox as a way of life. So I spent about 15 years of my life in health after detoxing. So we're here to share with you the power of detox today because that is how powerful it was for me. Right. And that's how powerful it was for Gina. And she'll share her story as well. But I felt like I was living in health until Covid hit. And this is one of the questions that came in from you guys, like, have we seen an uptick in breast implant illness related symptoms after Covid? And the answer is yes, it certainly was true for me. That was that inflammatory process in my body that caused me to just spiral. And we see that so often just with stress and chaos in the body. So after Covid, I had not been sick for 10 years. Since COVID I have not been sick again. But what happened for me is that inflammation really kicked up in my body. And I had a colleague reach out to me one day and she said, chelsea, I know you've been struggling in your health and I really think you need to look into breast implant illness. At the time, I had had my implants for 21 years and I thought, there's no way I'm healthy. I do this for a living. I'm a functional medicine specialist. I help women with detox and inflammation and all the things I must just be missing something. And then later on I realized after just studying and researching and doing all the work that I know some of you ladies are even doing right now in your own life and health, just wondering, is this the answer? I finally had to come to the realization that the only thing it could be was my breast implants. And immediately after removing them, I got rid of a few symptoms in my life. And within a short year after I went through detox, I realized that 90% of the symptoms that I was experiencing had everything to do with the inflammation for my implants. And I'm standing here today to tell you about it because I want you to know that it could be a huge piece of your puzzle too. So I'll leave it there. I'm going to let Gina introduce herself and then we're going to, we're going to tackle some of your questions today, share with you a little bit about what we do on a day to day basis to help women like you. So go ahead, Gina, take it away.
Hi everyone. Thank you so much for being here. I can't tell you like how much excitement and enthusiasm we have to be doing this and to be able to share with you all today. So little bit about my story. I had my implants for 13 years. Really didn't feel like I had any symptoms for the first 10, everything seemed fine. The last three years it was kind of like I started having a lot of digestive issues, started having just kind of some things flaring up. And just kind of like, what Chelsea just shared is I very much was like, I'm a practitioner. I know how to detox. I need to rebalance my gut. You know, I know how to work through these things. I really did just try to detox my symptoms away. I kind of. When I first learned about breast implant illness, it was because Dr. Whitfield had spoken out about it, and I had attended a conference and heard about breast implant illness. But when I first heard about it, I had that period of denial and really was in denial for about a year. After hearing about breast implant illness, I thought, no, that's not my problem. I can rebalance my body later. What I found out as I was continuing to use the sauna, that's when all of my symptoms really just got very, very bad. And that's when I found out I was, like, literally melting these things in my body and was just having a lot of symptoms and a lot of flares. And so then that's when I was like, okay, I think I need to take this seriously and get more information about breast implant illness and consider explant. So really, my symptoms didn't start until much later. Some people have symptom symptoms very early. Some people, you know, like me, it wasn't until about 10 years later. And then it's hard to kind of put those pieces together. So we are so, so happy that you are here. Like Chelsea said, I've also been through that explant journey, through the post detox and rebalancing, rebuilding afterwards. And we are just so excited to share. Share part of that journey, share information with you all and answer your questions. That's why you guys are here. So thank you all for being here.
All right, so do you want to jump into questions, Gina?
Yeah, we can do that. We can jump into some questions. I'll just. Do you share the slide. Whoops, Let me stop. Share screen. And I gotta pull up the right tab.
You're good.
Do you want me to just ask one of. One of our questions from the start?
I can. I guess we can kind of. We can kind of share some of the questions that came in from you guys. If you have questions, you can pop those in the chat as well, and we may grab some of those. So I think that some of the questions we got were very common. You know, just a lot of people ask similar questions. So we have a list of those that came In. And one of the ones that I really love, because this was actually a part of my story, too. We have a lot of women who are just in that perimenopausal age frame. And it's like, is this perimenopause or is this my breast implants? And will my libido come back when I have my implants removed? And the reality is, is that we. We work with women, and it's not. It's not one or the other. It's never just your breast implants. And a lot of times your breast implants can make your symptoms worse. So, for example, some people come to us and they're living in mold. We do a lot of testing, and we're looking at some of these tests, and sometimes people are, you know, they're either living in mold, some people are dealing with Lyme disease, some people are in those perimenopausal years. And the answer is not always removing the implants. And what we do as a part of our surgical journey with all of our patients is we take you through a year of detox. And after we remove the implants, our patients work with us for one year. They work with a functional team. Gina and me guide you through all the detox. And in kind of a group setting, you have other women that are supporting you along the way that are also going on the journey alongside you. And we really work with you on labs. We're looking at those specific markers to determine what's exactly going on. Now, we know that breast implants or women with breast implants will a lot of times have lower hormone levels. That can be true if you're in your 20s, your 30s, and it can also be true if you're in those perimenopausal years. I feel like sometimes the younger women may bounce back a little bit quicker. Sometimes their hormones may come back into balance. If you have thyroid imbalances, your thyroid can come back into balance. But if you have, you know, if you're in those perimenopausal years, it may just be that you are, you know, you're not going to bounce back, because that is another issue, right? That's another issue that your body's going through. So we have to kind of address both pieces. So, short answer is, I would always test and look at your hormones. Don't ever just blindly say they're bouncing back, you know, but look at your lab test to determine if you truly need support. We feel that women who are getting their hormones supported while going through the journey Sometimes it's a smooth transition for you, you know, that you just kind of roll right over from that inflammatory phase with both your breast implants and that perimenopausal state. And you balance your hormones simultaneously while you're working to remove your implants. Every person's a little bit different. We look at each person uniquely and kind of guide you based on that and what you're going through specifically.
So, yeah, and I do want to address something, I should have said this in the very beginning, is that I'm getting a lot of questions about if you'll receive the recording, and you will. So we're recording this and we will share the recording. We know this is kind of the middle of a workday, so if you have to hop off early and. Or if you came in late, you know, still going to get this recording and you can catch up with us later. So we had another question somebody asked. Is the best regimen pre. What is the best regimen pre and post explant surgery to support recovery?
Yep. So we really support inflammation prior to explant. That's really our biggest goal. We also want to open up drainage pathways in the body. Your body is very intelligent. It's detoxing on its own all the time.
And.
And what happens is you have that inflammatory process, your breast implants kind of standing in the way of that detox from happening. Plus, you're exposed to everyday general toxins just like everyone else in the world. Right. The air we breathe, the food we eat, herbicides, pesticides, the skin care we put on our face, all those things can increase our toxic load. Take someone who may be experiencing, you know, they may be living in mold or they may be in a very toxic environment, like where their job is concerned. And all those things are having a negative impact on how your body can detox. So when we throw implants into the mix, it just increases inflammation and you're not able to detox very well at all. So we support the natural detox pathways in the body. We have a bundle that anybody can take. Anybody that's on this call could probably take it super safely. It's called our inflammation support bundle.
And.
And we have that right there on our website for the public to purchase. Anyone with breast implant illness, that's typically where we start our patients, is with that bundle prior to surgery. If you're going through surgery, let me put this little caveat out there. Please talk to your surgeon. This is not medical advice, but this is something that we do specifically for our patients and We've watched it work over and over. What we hear is that it helps our patients feel a little bit better and, and decreases inflammation in the body as they're going into surgery. And we do use some of those same supplements post explant, and then we just really kind of titrate those things up or down based on the lab results. So after explant, we really take women through a complete detox program. We take women through decreasing inflammation, through working on pathogens that could be parasites, bacteria, fungus. We look at heavy metals. If you're not aware, your implants have about 40 known toxins, depending on the manufacturer, they're a little bit different, but they can be things like heavy metals, plastics, phthalates, formaldehyde, and the list goes on. So some of those toxins are actually going to show up on a toxins test that we run on our patients, and we also are going to look at that heavy metals, environmental toxins, different chemicals that can be present. And we guide you through detoxing all of those things, whether you're a surgery patient with us or if you're a surgery patient with someone else. And you just wanted to go through our sharp program, we do the very same thing for all people. So we guide you through about four. It's typically about four to six months of detox, doing that after you finish. And then we are also running labs to make sure that we're really specializing and fine tuning results based on your unique picture. Right. So in the beginning, we run a set of baseline labs that looks at hormones, it looks at those toxins we were talking about. We look at your gut health. So your gut is kind of that window to disease. Right. We're looking at all the things that could potentially be going on in the gut, because what starts in the gut can happen. That inflammatory picture can kind of cascade out into other areas of the body. So if we find infections in the gut, if we find autoimmune markers in the gut, or if we find just inflammation in the gut, we. We can specifically work on those things. And then once we take you through that detox, typically about nine months post explant, I would say anywhere from six to nine months, we're doing some retests on you just to make sure that we've cleared a lot of these things out. If we need to dive a little bit deeper at that point, we can. But sometimes women are just like, hey, I feel amazing. I'm out of here. Appreciate your help going on with my life to do my thing. And so it looks a little bit different for. For all people. Again, just considering that you may have other things going on alongside breast implant illness. And we address everything. We're not here just for the implant illness itself. We're here to address the whole picture in your health.
Yeah, it really does affect so much more than just one body system. Even though there's a lot of symptoms that really overlap it. What we're finding is that chronic level of inflammation that's created by the implants really can just affect multiple body parts or multiple body systems. We did have another question that came in and I'm sorry, guys. We're trying to field the questions that are in the chat and I'm trying to make sure everyone gets into the meeting and also look at the questions that you all submitted ahead of time. So we're going to do our best to get through those. So thanks for bearing with us. One of the questions kind of along that line was asking, how do we know if it's breast implant illness? Is there a way that we can know with breast implant illness? We get that question a lot.
We do get that question a lot. So it is really. There's no diagnosis for breast implant illness, but what we know is that there are certain body systems that are affected. We have a breast implant illness quiz on our website. I really encourage you to take that. If we have a link, Gina, we may pop that in the chat. Yeah, you guys can take that quiz and it's really going to help you figure out what category. We have really kind of narrowed it down down to different, like, symptoms and things like that on the quiz. But it affects almost every body system. So we have to think about how inflammation actually works. So we have our implants, and that is a foreign body that causes inflammation, that causes stress on our system. And when we have a major stressor, we can have a major health breakdown. Depending on your genetics, which we also look at your genetics as one of the tests that we do for. For our clients that we work with on a regular basis. Depending on your genetics, you may have a weak link. So Gina may have weak hormones, and we may see her have a hormonal breakdown. Somebody else may have a weak neurological system. Right. So we may see more of those neurological symptoms in another person. But really any symptom that is driving inflammation in the body can be a symptom of breast implant illness. So sometimes we see blurry vision, sometimes we see shortness of breath. We can see acne, skin rashes, eczema, psoriasis. We can see Digestive issues. So a lot of women that we work with, we find parasites and bacterial overgrowth. On testing, on those stool tests, we see you've probably heard of leaky gut, right? So leaky gut is just where the tight area in your gut that's supposed to hold all of your foods and your nutrients inside your gut, it becomes very weak and allows those food proteins to spill into circulation. That's an inflammatory process. That can be a part of your picture as well. So what causes that? Well, toxins in your system can cause it, stress can cause it. And your implants are really just. They're just a piece of the stress puzzle. So that's really. You know, symptoms can be just. They can range from any organ system. Any. And what I usually tell people is if you've tried everything, you are literally doing all the right things. Because that's where I ended up in my health. I had done detox after detox after detox. I had balanced my hormones in the best way I knew how. I'd done all the things. And I was like, these nagging symptoms will not go away. And if you're constantly putting out fires in your life and you are just not making progress, it's like, we have to start looking in a different direction and saying, okay, there's more to the picture, like, what is actually going on, Gina? And we're really available for consult after this. We're going to drop a link in the chat if you guys want to get on a consult with us, and we can review your symptoms one by one and say, okay, like, what are you really experiencing? What is going on in your health? And we can really help you understand and troubleshoot whether or not you need to go home and try a few more things before we start looking at this as a breast implant illness picture, or we can help you decide. Yeah, if you've done this, this, and this, and you've already worked with a functional practitioner, you've already worked with your doctors, and nobody can give you the right answers that you're looking for, then you might be in a place where your breast implants truly are making you sick.
Yeah, definitely one of those other things. And Chelsea and I have a similar story here, where anytime we were on detox, it's like, we felt better when we saw implants. And detox can certainly help. It definitely helps a lot. It can make some of those symptoms go away. It can certainly bring down inflammation. So if you're in a place that you're not ready for, explain or maybe you're not sure because there is that period of deniability or, you know, denial. We've all kind of been there. And so if you're at a place where it's just like, okay, well let's see what happens with detox. Let's try that. That is one of the things that we can help with. And we have been there. We know that sometimes timing isn't always right to have explant, but we, we can at least, you know, try to support and help you with reducing some of those symptoms. So we did have another question that came in and oops, I just, I just lost it. It went away. Okay, here it is. I had my 20 year old implants removed a week and two days ago. First of all, congratulations. You're welcome to the explant sisterhood. We're so happy for you. The question there is what is the best treatment plan for extreme inflammation?
Such a good one. So we, we actually guide women just like you through this process. If it is something that you want, like complete guidance on, we do lab testing. We start you on an inflammation, you know, protocol based on your unique needs. So if you have questions and you want those specifically answered based on your unique situation, again, you can schedule some time with Gina or me. But what we do really is we focus on inflammation as that key underlying issue. And we really work to address first. And then we just start peeling back the layers of the onion. We start working on detox and helping your body more efficiently drain those toxins from the system. And then we find based on testing that everybody has a little bit of a different picture. But whatever you're dealing with, it could be, if you have a bacterial infection, you would want to address that. If you have a parasitic infection, you would want to address that. You also want to potentially address some of the toxins that are, you know, either from the implants themselves or maybe they're from just general toxicity. And so looking at some tests, whether it be with us or someone else can help you kind of fine tune what that protocol would look like. But if I were just like, I just want to blanket do something today to get started, take a look at our inflammation support bundle, I feel like it would be a really good place to start. We may be able to grab a link on that and drop it in the chat for you as well. And that's just really going to help you. You have two main phases of detox that happen all the time in your body, as I was saying earlier. So when we support those systems, think about if I'm in the gym and I have a spotter and they're helping me just like brace my weights. That is really going to help me improve the way I lift. It's going to help me with my form and it's going to help me build muscle faster than the very same thing happens when we're detoxing. So if you take something to help support those detox pathways like that, it's just going to help those drain those toxins drain a little bit more efficiently. Even things like you just had surgery, right? So maybe you have anesthesia brain. We all know we've probably all been there where we've had surgery and we're just so foggy after surgery. So even the inflammation support bundle can be really helpful for that as well. So Gina actually was so kind to even throw you guys a discount code in there on that inflammation support bundle. So if you want to grab that, make sure you grab it with a discount code to save a little bit on that bundle today. All right.
And that's in the chat. Looking through, I'm trying to keep up with all the scrolling here. We did have this. This question is very similar to one that we answered before. But I want to make sure that we thoroughly answer the question. So if you have a follow up feel to share that in the chat so we can follow up on the question. But it says, how does one prove their illnesses are from implants? I have had my muscles attack attacked by a virus inflammation in my body, nerve damage. It all began less than a year after getting mine and I want mine removed. So I do we said earlier. But I just want to remind everyone. So we do not diagnose, treat or cure disease. We're here to offer educational support, educational information about breast implant illness, share just experiences that have worked for us and for clients that we have supported in the past. Yeah, so yeah, go ahead, Gina, go ahead. I was just going to say, you know, trying, you know, going back to addressing virus and inflammation in the body, those implants are just a source of chronic inflammation in the body. And when there is a chronic inflammatory response that can also affect the immune system. And when the immune system is just taxed all the time, that's when we can have these other things pop up. And that's why this can affect so many different systems in the body as well.
We have another question on fat transfer. So Gina and Chelsea, did either of you have a fat transfer? And what are the pros and cons? So here's the thing with fat transfer. Some Sometimes we get breast implants for reasons we don't know the reason why each person on this call got breast implants. Sometimes it's because we are so super flat chested and we are just like, I feel like a man in a shirt or whatever. And some women say I had to have my breasts removed because I had breast cancer. Other women were just like, I just wanted to get a little bit bigger. And some women say, well, my breasts were a little saggy when I had, you know, when I breastfed my kids and I probably should have got a lift, but my doctor recommended implants and here I am now with implants. So we all have a little bit of a different story. And really a lot of times the result of what we would recommend is going to be based on your story and what you want to receive post op. So if you are, if you are completely flat chested and you are not ready to go back to that, we will a lot of times recommend a fat transfer either at the time of surgery or later. Now, at the time of surgery is not always optimal for every woman because sometimes you're dealing with other toxins and other health issues and you really just, you really are going to be better off getting your implants out, letting your body settle and then coming back for that fat transfer when your body's in a healthier state. Either way is totally fine though we do surgery on patients in both areas and the fat transfer, it's really, it's beneficial for women who want to have a little bit of breasts, who are not going to have any breast tissue or want to create some volume after they've had their implants removed. One thing that not many people talk about, and I'm just going to be really transparent with you ladies today, is that when you have your breast implants removed, you're removing the breast implant, but you're also removing the scar capsule around it. And if you haven't had your scar capsule removed, we did have some questions on this where, you know, people are still sick because they have their scar capsule. It never was removed. That can be a really big source of inflammation. Dr. Whitfield is the surgeon in our practice and he has found that 29% of our capsules actually have some sort of bacterial or fungal infection on them. If you leave that, you are leaving a big source of infection and that can continue to create inflammation. So back to the story on fat transfer. If you are getting, if you have all of that removed and you're a very small chested woman, you can have, like, little areas where the breast is not going to look perfect. Like, so many people think I get my breast implants removed and I'm just going to go back to the way I looked before breast implants. And that's not accurate. It's not true for all women. So sometimes in those cases we would recommend, like, if you don't have tissue expansion or anything like that after a certain period of time, that's really when we recommend the fat transfer because it can correct some of those abnormalities that you're experiencing. We also don't know what the original surgery surgeon did when they went in to do your surgery. Right. So Gina has a very unique story in that her surgeon kind of cut like a little triangle in her muscle of her breast. So that was a very abnormal finding when Dr. Whitfield went in to do her surgery. So something like that. If you have an abnormal area that doesn't heal correctly, it's a great. It's a great option to do a fat transfer. Or if you just want nice, beautiful breasts, it's okay, too. Fat transfer in those areas, like, literally no judgment. We want everybody to feel as good as possible in their bodies. We got implants for a reason. Right. We want to deflate in our body. So you're allowed to do that after. So hopefully that helps you guys on the fat transfer journey as well.
I posted a link to Dr. Whitfield's paper that he published on bacteria findings. I was in that 29%. There was bacteria that was found during the PCR testing that was found in both the capsules of my. And it felt very validating. I felt like, okay, this is why I was having. Having symptoms, even though I was like, okay, let's, you know, address this. But. So that felt very validating. I put that link in there. If you guys would like to read that. We do have another question. How long after explant did you see changes and symptoms related to breast implant illness? Yeah, go. Go ahead. Yeah, it definitely varies, especially if you are working with a practitioner to detox after explant. So, like with our program, we work with people for a full year after explant to help them detox and get the body rebalanced afterwards. So it's not just a detoxification process, but it's also looking at how can we help bring the body back into balance after, you know, potentially years and years of chronic inflammation with implants. So it definitely. Everyone's journey is a little bit different. One of the ways that I explain it is that the starting line for people's journey is in different places right before surgery. I mean, my symptoms were. I felt like just the absolute worst six months before surgery. I just could not wait to get in. I felt like my starting line was so far back, I couldn't even see the starting line for. For detox. And so it did feel like it. It took me a. Get back into balance, even though I was doing a lot of work ahead of time before surgery. And then we have other patients that. That come to us, and it's like they are just kind of flying through detoxes, like, oh, this is fantastic, you know, and they're seeing some quick resolution to their symptoms. So it really just. It depends. Part of it is that genetic picture. Part of it is where you're starting. Part of it is how long you've had implants or how long you've been sick. So kind of, as a general rule, the. The longer that you've been sick, the. The longer it can take to get well as. As well. And so that's also part of what Chelsea and I try to do is just make sure that you do have expectations that are reasonable. So we don't want to tell you, like, okay, you know, in three months, you're going to feel great, because in reality, it does. It. It takes time for the body to. To detox and to rebalance afterwards and just adjust to no longer having implants.
And sometimes I would say the most common things we see after surgery is a lot of people. You've probably seen these women take pictures of their eyes, and before explant, their eyes are yellow. And right after surgery, when they wake up on that table, their eyes get really bright, and it's like their face brightens up. Inflammation in the face, and the body can begin to go down pretty quickly, and the eyes can brighten and become a little bit more just, you know, white and just look like they have the sparkle back in them. And it's like I didn't realize how round my face was, you know, when I had my implants. And it was just like I saw my face kind of just get really slim after explant. And I was like, wow, that's. This is my real face. You know, another thing that we hear women say is they can take a deep breath. For the very first time, they were able to take a really deep breath. And I know Gina shared this story before, but I remember I went to a conference probably four weeks after my explant, and I remember feeling like I could emotionally connect with Others differently and better. And I feel like that is a really big thing that we don't talk about much either is that our implants are kind of like they're a foreign body in our body, preventing us from connecting energetically from a heart standpoint as well. So we dive into that a little bit more. Probably, probably too much information for today to just dive really deep into that. But that's one of the things that we really find is that Gina and I were just connecting right before this. And we were like, man, we're so emotional since we got our implants out, but we just feel like we're able to emotionally connect again. So that's always pretty cool.
Yes. Feelings are. You feel all the feels more and it feels good. I mean, not in a way that it's just like you're all emotional, but it just, you can feel feelings. And I remember that first hug with my husband after not having implants because I'd had my implants so long, I had them before I'd even met my husband. And that first hug afterwards was just like I got my first heart to heart hug. And it really does make a huge difference. So I'm scrolling through some more of these questions here.
So someone says, I don't think they took my capsule when they removed my implants. And this person is very sickly. They have massive lymph nodes in the armpits and they need to remove the rest of the material. Just like we were saying earlier, we have seen that sometimes these implants, the capsule that they create, and that's really just scar tissue around the implant itself that's really protecting your body from the implant. Right. So sometimes we find that that is just a really big source of infection and inflammation for some people. So we are, we're known for removing the capsule. You know, Dr. Whitfield will go back in and he will remove the capsule. For women who have had prior surgeries and had their implants removed but did not remove the capsule, we find that these women really heal a lot better after they remove the capsule and then go through our detox program. Work with us for one year after surgery and go through that full detox afterwards. So it is something that you could schedule a consultation with Dr. Whitfield. He could evaluate you if you have a surgical report that's always really good. Helps Dr. Whitfield really look at whether or not those capsules were left. And just to make sure, we've also removed women who have had multiple sets of implants where the old capsule was Left, and then the new pair of implants were implanted, and then he's got two sets of capsules to remove. So very interesting cases. He's seen a lot of different things with capsules that just were not removed previously. Lots of sutures and things like that left in the body along with a previous set of capsules. And he really. He is what we call and consider a microsurgeon. So he had a background in cancer and cancer reconstruction. So it's really what attracted me as a patient to Dr. Whitfield, because I knew that he was going to take very serious. Every little inch of something that could be harmful to my body, and he was going to remove that completely. So that is something that we really love about him. And the way that he does surgery, he's just very meticulous and making sure that he cleans up the body really well.
So. And I will say, my scars are beautiful. You can't even hardly see them, and I don't have any breast tissue to cover them up. He does a fabulous job. So let me get that. I was answering some questions in the chat, so let me switch gears over here. We had a really great, great question. How do you recover and detox safely after ex plant?
This is really great. We hear of so many women trying so many different things after explant. They're getting chelation, they're getting just all of these different advanced therapies, and they're trying to, like, throw all of the, like throwing everything like at a dartboard and just trying to see and see if something sticks and see if they hit the target. And it's really, to us, it's very sad because we are watching people really push the body too hard after surgery. And what happens is when you remove that source of inflammation, your body will begin to try to start detoxing a little bit on its own. It begins to feel safe suddenly, and it'll start to detox. So what we do is we take a very gentle approach and we guide you step by step along that journey, just making sure that, you know, we are trusting the intelligence of the body to guide us in what to do next. And where we see a lot of women mess up is that they'll take, you know, they'll take supplements, like maybe our inflammation support bundle, and they'll use those to detox. And then they'll start going to all these other therapies and they come back to us and they have swollen lymph nodes. Their symptoms are worse. They feel worse than before. They got Their implants removed, even, and they have really kind of. They set themselves back on the detox journey. And it really is. There's a science to it. There's an art to it as well. And really, that's what we guide you through in. In the journey as we take you step by step and use the plan that we've created. And that works. That's worked so many well for hundreds of other women. Dr. Whitfield, he's done thousands of explant surgeries, and really, we're guiding women through that same process with the, you know, that we take our surgery patients through. So.
Good question. Let's see. I was answering more questions over there, and I should have been looking over here. Let's see. Oh, this is a good one. I received my implants in 1990. I'm terrified of removal. I can totally understand that. Nobody wants to have this surgery. I was very, very nervous. I hadn't had a surgery in a very long time. And it is definitely something very scary. It can feel very overwhelming, especially, you know, when you've had implants for that long. I mean, I'd only had my implants for 13 years, and honestly, I kind of forgot about them. I've had them for so long. They were just a part of me, and I really just had kind of forgotten about it. I did recently help a patient that she was in her 70s, late 70s, and she had gotten her implants. I think she got them in 89, maybe earlier 80s. I'd have to do the math there. I can't totally remember, but it had. It had been some time, and she came through surgery beautifully, handled everything really, really well. Started through our detox program. And this is one of the things that working with a practitioner that does this every single day, that we work with patients with breast implant illness, we can look at how. How the body is detoxing. So, of course, as we get older, the longer that we have had implants, detox can be a little bit more challenging. It can be a little bit harder. Recovery may be a little bit slower afterwards. Just being totally real with you. Um, and so that's when you really want to have a practitioner that has experience in this so that they can, you know, use a lower. Lower dosing on supplementation, slow things down when we need to, or if you're handling things, you know, very well, then we can just continue right along. But there's certain phases in detox where sometimes it's a little bit harder for some people and not for others. So it's definitely really important to work with an experienced practitioner.
Another question that's come up a couple times is MTHFR and COMT genes. We do look at your genetics as a part of your detox plan and people are really concerned with how to detox if they have these. The reality is is these are buzzwords today. And same with the apo APOE gene. We get a lot of questions about that and you really have to consider those genetics, those genetic pieces. And that's really why we do the genetic testing and we got everybody through that at a slower process. Sometimes we make sure that you're getting methylated forms of B vitamins if you need that. Very, very few people have an issue with some of the things that we're recommending in the inflammation support bundle. If you know you're an over methylator, which is very, very, very rare. We've only seen a couple patients in our practice actually have that. And so that can make you feel a little bit stimulated, like a B vitamin can be a little bit too much for you if you're taking it in methylated form. But for most of our people, we use the same detox protocols for these women. And the reality is that 70% of us have some form of MTHFR genetic mutation. And there are people out there on the world of social media they would love for you to believe that it's just this really unique, difficult thing, that you're just this rare bird that's going to have a challenge detoxing for the rest of your life and you're doomed. I promise you, you're not doomed. We teach you exactly how to walk through that process very slowly. And methylated vitamins is what you really need to remember. Things like folate and folinic acid, methacobalamin, adenosicabalamin, hydrocobalamin. Those are all your friends when you're dealing with those types of mutations. And that's exactly what we use with our patients. So when you're looking at the inflammation support bundle, you'll be able to see the B complex that we use and you can look at the ingredients there and that'll kind of help guide you. If you have specific concerns about MTHFR or COMPT.
We'Ve got another question. Can BII cause your immune system to be low? My IgG was low. I think they're talking about their secretory IgA. I've waited many years to remove them and now I'm having to see a rheumatologist. When I remove them, will My immune system come back to normal.
So your immune system is either. A lot of times when there's an invader in the body, it's going to become weak and just like not responding as well. And that's where we find people are getting sick all the time. I always get the next thing coming around. Is it cold or flu or is it some sort of virus? And then we also have the other end of the story where their immune system kind of gets on high alert and it says, okay, I'm constantly looking for an invader because I'm nervous that something's going to hit my immune system again. Right? It's because you've been hit so many times and it almost creates like an autoimmune picture. So a couple different things. We see a lot of women come to us with autoimmune conditions that breast implant removal and detox. Some of these women go into remission. And again, this is not medical advice, guys. I'm just telling you. What we see on a day to day basis is that women are putting autoimmune conditions in remission when they go through the process. So it's not that your immune system is automatically going to go back into balance once you remove the implants. You really have to remove the cascade that happened as a result of the implants being there. Do you have again, parasites, bacteria, fungus, do you have heavy metals, other environmental toxins you need to take care of? Once you decrease all of that toxic burden on your body, then your immune system is going to finally say, oh, thank goodness, I'm no longer at war. Now I can rest and just act normal. So sometimes what we hear from people as well is that, oh my goodness, I used to get everything that come along, like if my kid came home with, with a sniffle, I'd get a sniffle. Or you know, but these, the women that we're working with now, they're saying, I never get anything. I'm the healthiest person in my life. You know, everybody else is sick and I'm well. So that's really just the impact of really working on and improving your immune system.
This is something else we often see very frequently is histamine responses. So this question says, have I been, I have been diagnosed with MCAS after the implants. Have you dealt with MCAS during explant and recovery?
We are finding that so many women, both diagnosed and undiagnosed, are dealing with this. So what MCAS is, is just a heightened alert of your cell's response to something that's Going on to the, going on in the body. And a lot of times this will happen with histamine, for example. So it can be histamine related, histamine driving foods. It can be like allergies in your environment. Like all those types of things can cause your system to just, you know, become really high alert. There are certain symptoms that kind of come along with that. It can affect your skin, it can affect your digestive system, it can affect your respiratory system. So different systems are involved. And Gina and I actually have created a course to help guide our clients through this process. And you know, how to take your supplements, when to take your supplements, you know, what type of nutrition should I be eating? Talk to me about hormone balance, you know, circadian rhythm, stress, sleep. All these things are inside the course. And one thing that we really realized is that when we started working with women with breast implants, we noticed that this MCAS or this mast cell activation was such a big piece that we added it to our course and we educated on, we educate on that in the course because it is such a big piece of what we are seeing women experience. It's not, it's not unique to just one or two people. It's. Most of the people with breast implants are dealing with this in some form or fashion. And there can be a spectrum. Just like with all things, some people are dealing with it in major forms, and other women are just dealing with a few symptoms. But I can even look back at my journey and if I would have taken my symptoms to a doctor who knew about mcas, I probably would have had a diagnosis myself. Now that I've learned enough about these symptoms and what they actually are causing in the body. So very common, something that we do work with a lot of times. It just means that again, we need to slow down on detox and take things really slow and gentle. And we guide you through that process as well.
Yes. You know, I'll ask a quick question since we, since we brought up the program, if you all are interested in hearing about the program, if you want to, you can raise your hand. And if you guys would like more information on that at the very end, I can share a screen and we can, we can share that, but this is just about answering your questions. But since we have kind of mentioned our program a couple of times, if you guys just want to share an emoji in the chat, or if you say, you know, yes, please, or something in like the last five minutes, if we have a lot of interest, we can just kind of Walk you through, like, some of what our program involves, but we won't do that if you guys are interested in that, because our whole focus here is that we wanted to answer your questions, provide education, provide support, let you know that it does get better after explant and after detox. And that was even something that Chelsea and I had talked about. I'm. I'll be. I'm almost two years explant, post explant, so I will be in January. Chelsea's about a year ahead of me. And we were talking a few months ago, and I was like, man, it's just. It's so good to feel good again. I feel like I got my life back. And I'm just so appreciative of the way that Dr. Whitfield just really, like, speaks out and brings awareness to this. And then Chelsea was talking about, you know, how great her workouts have been, and I was like, oh, my gosh, it gets better, you know, the further you get past explant. I was like, oh, this is. Is great. You know, it's going to get better. And I feel good now, but really looking forward to even better and better. So, anyway, drop an emoji, raise your hand, whatever. If we have a lot of people that are really interested in that, I can share that. But otherwise, this is all about questions and support. So back to our questions.
Another person said, how did you develop the inflammation support bundle? And this really came from Dr. Whitfield. What he did was he started looking at genetics as a part of testing, and he started to see certain patterns that showed up in women with breast implant illness, and they were a little bit different from what you see in the average general population. As far as, like, if you're looking at different things, like, from your genetic standpoint, we see, like, a certain percentage may experience vitamin D deficiency, or a certain percentage may have a methylation issue, or a certain percentage may have, like, your body doesn't utilize glutathione very well. So what he started seeing is that many of the women that were coming to him that had the most severe symptoms with breast implant illness had certain genetic makeups. And that's really what that inflammation support bundle really started to support. When I came on board with Dr. Whitfield, I was like, Dr. Whitfield, you realize that this is supporting natural detox pathways in the body. If you look at phase one, phase two detox pathways and what the body needs to support those, it is the things that are included in our inflammation support bundle plus protein. So that's why we have amino acids on our website as well. And we do recommend amino acids to people as they're going through this process. Because we're not, like, sometimes we're eating protein. We're just not digesting it. We're not breaking it down very well. But if we give the body those building blocks along with that inflammation support bundle, we start to detox. So, again, it was really born out of genetics, but what we realized is that it went so well with our detox plan. Every patient gets it. So very cool. History of a piece of our program. All of it has a history, but that's really the inflammation support bundle piece. Super cool.
We've had a couple of people share their experience with Explant in the chat. I just want to thank you all so much and glad that you are feeling better. And Chelsea and I are sending you a hug, you know, virtually. So thank you so much for that and thanks for sharing your experience. We really appreciate that. I had another question that was highlighted. We. We hear this a lot. So the question is, I've been told that since I have SAL implants, that I'm not in danger. That's definitely one that gets asked pretty often. So the. The saline inside the implant, of course, you know, if you have a rupture, it's just saline that's coming out. But unfortunately, the. The shell of the implant is very similar, if not the same to the same shell as with silicone implants. So even though, like, the inside of it can be less harmful, the outside of it still has a lot of that. That same makeup in there as well. So you can still have a lot of those BII symptoms just simply from the shell and also with any bacteria that may have been transferred at the time of implant. So, you know, we shared earlier, Chelsea and I both had some of those detected bacterias on our implants whenever the PCR testing was done, which is part of what Dr. Rob does with his explant or part of the explant protocol is he does PCR testing. Sometimes that can happen when the implants are inserted. So they. Some surgeons use, like, kind of like a cone when they do the implant so that there isn't contact, like, with your skin when the implant is being placed. But, you know, even though that implant is, you know, sterile at the time you're in a sterile environment, there still can be some transfer, you know, from your own skin as the implant is being place. And that's sometimes where some of that bacteria can be transferred. So I read about that when I was trying to figure out like what is going on, how did this happen? So, so good. Let's see. We've only got, we've got a few more minutes so we can probably answer a couple more questions. I, I see we've got a couple of hands raised and we had some people post also in the chat that they would like to see a little bit more about our program. So we will just, we'll at the end so after we've, once we hit one o'. Clock. So if you've got a few minutes, we'll just share that right after one o'. Clock. So that way we're not encroaching on anyone's time that's here for questions. We'll just do that at like 101. Next questions.
Although I feel better, I'm still not well after two years following explant, my chest wall looks ugly. What now? Does the chest wall surgery fix more detox? Question mark. Well, you know, this is why we're here, guys. This is truly why we're here. And I say that because I know what you're seeing on social media. I know that you're seeing this beautiful, glamorous story of women who have explant and you can sit here and listen to me and Gina talk all day long about how great we feel and you're sitting there and you're not feeling great or you probably wouldn't be on this web this, this talk with us, right? And the reality of this is, is that everybody doesn't end with this perfect, beautiful looking picture at the end. And that's why we wanted to come out here and share with transparency. At our clinic we offer the option for women again to do fat transfer, to do something additional after surgery. And you know, a lot of people start asking about the cost and things like that, the cost of surgery, the cost of, you know, the explant, the cost of the fat transfer and all these. And one thing I realized is that what I spent getting implants, I probably spent quadruple that, you know, fixing my health, getting my body repaired, all of the mental anguish and all the things not included. You know, it was a journey and it was such a process. But what I really realized when I started thinking back is how much had I spent all these years for 15 years just trying to hold my health together and before I even explained it. And, and just the reality of it is, is that as I was going back earlier talking about fat transfers, your body is really, it's always trying to create Balance. It's always trying to come back into homeostasis. It's always trying to do the right thing for you. When you get your implants, your surgeon is not thinking about, oh, one day they may remove these implants. So they may do things inside your body to make you have a very pleasing aesthetic look with implants that may have a negative impact on you once you have the implants removed. So that's how sometimes you can have an ugly looking chest. We can't do anything about that. Like when Dr. Whitfield's removing implants and things like that, he doesn't know what's there until he gets into the surgery. And he does everything that he can to make sure that, you know, you look as good as possible. He will do muscle repair. If he can do that, he will do put everything back just the way that he knows the body should be, you know, anatomically correct. And then sometimes women will come in after. And I'm so sorry that you're dealing with this and you're feeling ugly and you don't feel great after surgery. But we've seen that happen, you know, to women before. And I will just say that your story does not have to end there. There are ways that this can be fixed. There are ways that, that can be corrected, and there is fat transfer, there is revision. If it's, if it's extra skin, the skin can be removed. If you need a lift, you can get a lift. Like all those things can be done after surgery. And if you're not feeling well and you're just still experiencing major symptoms, number one, I would con, I would connect with your surgeon, get your surgical report, make sure that they remove that capsule. That's number one. If they remove the capsule, then number two is really, you may have other issues that your implants, they drove inflammation in your body. And at the end of the day, those that inflammatory process is still signaling something in the body. You could also have hormone imbalance. You could, you could have so many different things. We just found someone last week that's living in black mold. It's so hard to heal your body when you're living in black mold. Right? So those are things that we can really help you with if you want us to dive deeper into your situation, whether it be surgery or detox. Again, Gina and I are available for consult and that's more for, you know, if you just, if you want to just have a conversation with us, like, hey, what do I do in my unique situation? And there's a few links in the chat, you know, people have dropped links. We have some of our team, they're on here with us, just joining us, and they've answered some of your questions in the chat and they've dropped some links for you. So if you have specific questions like that and you want a link to something and you don't see it in the chat, just shoot a message and let our team know and they'll be happy to help you with those things as well. So, I'm so sorry. I know it's painful.
I lost the question now because new questions came in and I scrolled. But someone had mentioned that not necessarily scared of having surgery or in MCAs or things like that, but that they are very sensitive to lots of things, including supplements. And we have dealt with this numerous times as well. I. I'm even working with one person right now that when she first came to us, there were about five foods that she could eat. Everything else she was very reactive to. She also just could not handle supplements other than just vitamin C was all she could handle whenever she came to us. After Explant, we started detox very, very slowly. So we started very, very slow, introducing supplements one at a time, really just listening to her body taking things very, very slow. Now she's already through her second phase of detox. She's getting ready to start her third phase. The foods that she can eat is. She can eat just about everything now. Now there are just a few foods that she's not able to handle. So if that's part of your story, if you're feeling all of these sensitivities, it is possible. It does. It does get better. And again, you know, working with an experienced practitioner is something that will really help you, because breast implant illness, everyone has that different starting line. And this is one of the things that, that we could certainly. We'd be happy to help you out with. It is 1259. We may have time for maybe like one more quick question or we can.
I can jump into the surgery cost. I think that's come up a few times as well. And so I think that'll be a good segue into that. If you guys are interested in some of the things that we offer as a clinic and just as a surgery, a surgery package. So with Explant, we actually are very transparent with our pricing on our website and we offer that available to you. Gina, you may be able to drop that link in the chat for them. Our explant, when you look at our prices for explant, we are very Comparable to other surgeons. But we work with you for one year after surgery. That includes your detox. It includes many of your supplements. It includes working with Gina and me. You're going to be. You'll be on weekly calls with me and Gina just like this, except for post journey. Right. So you're going to be able to have access to us all the time to get your questions answered. We will be doing your lab reviews. So if you order labs, the rest will be writing your specific protocols. We will guide you through the process, not only for breast implant illness, but for other things that you have going on in your life and body. That is what is included in our surgery price. So our surgery, it starts at about 17,000 and it includes the detox RFMP program, your actual surgery, all of your surgery fees with Dr. Whitfield, your surgery center fees. There are not any hidden costs, although supplements may be needed. We may say, hey, it would be beneficial for you to do, you know, it would be beneficial for you to run this certain lab or, you know, it would be beneficial for you to test your home for mold. If we think that you could be exposed there. It would be beneficial for you to get an air filter or a water filter. We may make recommendations for those types of things. Those are always questions like, does this include everything? Well, there's always going to be something that comes up, you know, that, that may not be necessarily included in our package. But that is really, that's why we say it's kind of starting off there and it's really catered to your unique situation. And then we can talk a little bit more about additional surgeries and add ons. Dr. Whitfield does lifts, he does fat transfers. He does a lot of different things from a surgical standpoint that can be added on. And I believe some of our team is on the call today, just really kind of answering some of those questions in the chat. So if you had specific questions or if you wanted to do consult from a surgery standpoint, we have, we have a link for that as well. And you can talk to our team for free, just to kind of see if it's a good fit. And if it is, they can get you on with Dr. Whitfield so you can talk specifics with him.
Yes, and I will share those links. I will share those links again. So I just shared earlier, so you'll have to scroll up a little bit. I shared just a little bit ago on the financial investment to book a discovery call. I'm putting that in the chat right now. And so that's the link that you will book. And then we also talked about. About the BII assessment. So here is that link again for those of you that joined us a little later assessment. That's there because I don't think that you can see the links that were shared earlier. We had some people that just joined us, and I'll share one more link. So if you would like to book a consult with Chelsea or I just to learn more about the detox process that we call Sharp, here's that link as well.
Awesome.
Okay.
You have that slide with everything included in our program as well. So if we want to just kind of look at that. Thank you guys for staying with us. You are amazing. You have the best questions. I was telling. We saw your questions beforehand and the ones you've asked in the chat, and I have told everybody on our team. I'm like, y', all, we have the best people joining our call. They are asking the most amazing questions. So we are just thrilled to be able to serve you guys in this way today. So thank you so much for being here.
This has been a dream that we've.
Had for a while.
We just want to help women. So thank you all so much for. For being here.
Yeah. If you want to back up one, Gina, I'll kind of. I'll. I can kind of. Well, yeah. Yes, either way.
Yeah.
You want to talk about this real quick?
Yeah, we can do that.
So SHARP is. SHARP is an acronym, and it is something that Dr. Whitfield created. And it's just our. It's a. It's a process that we use for our patients. But I like it because Sharp, you know, I'm in the. I'm from the medical field, and we use Sharps, you know, as our. As our incision, as our, you know, to use for surgery and things like that. So I think it's really cool for those of you who don't know, So I think it's kind of fun. But what we do, really, for you, as someone who comes in to work with us, is we work on that inflammatory process in your body. Right? So your implants are a part of that inflammatory picture, but they're not the only thing. It can be food. It can be, you know, we run food sensitivity tests. We look at that. We look very specific, and really, we're just removing those foods for a period of time so that you can decrease inflammation in your body before surgery and right after. And then we also look at what's going on in your gut, you know, is There are again, are there parasites, bacteria, fungus? Is there some sort of inflammation? The stool testing that we use also looks at autoimmune markers, and it looks at, you know, bleeding and just different things. And your gut just talk, tells us about how your body's reacting to certain things like gluten. If you have leaky gut, looking for more of that sibo, or small intestinal bacterial overgrowth, for those of you who are familiar with that, and fungus. So a lot of times we see chronic fungal infections. A lot of times the gut can infect, can affect your skin or other organ systems. So we're looking at that. Our toxic burden. We look more at environmental toxins that can be phthalates, herbicides, pesticides, chemicals, you know, sprayed on your food, and it can also be heavy metals, and it can be mycotoxins and mold. This is one of the ways we kind of learn. If you do have high mold on your test, then a lot of times we can say, okay, what type of mold is it? And our team can help you determine, you know, and interview you to help understand where the mold could be coming from. And then if we think you could potentially be living in mold, then we'll help you investigate that a little bit further. We look at hormonal imbalances, which is very common with women with breast implants to have low hormones. Again, like I was saying, it doesn't matter if you're 20 or if you're. If you're 80. Hormone imbalances, a lot of those things can. Can really impact you. And then we have, you know, places that we would refer you out to if we feel like you need more of that bioidentical hormone support. We also can support you with herbal therapy and things like that, with some of our supplements. We do have curated supplements for our clients. They are available on our website to the public. But we also use those for our protocols inside of our programs. And those are from the Dr. Rob Solutions line. We now call that Sharp Labs. And we have just. Just a suite of things that we really use to help improve your body. Again, we work with you guys for about a year post surgery, and I think we can move to the next one so we can show them pricing and things like that. Gina?
Yeah. So Sharp Premium, this is. This is our Sharp program. So this includes all of the lab testing that we do. So we used to only do this with Dr. Whitfield's patients, and now we're able to open this up to others. So this is the exact lab testing that we use in his practice. You'll also have a lab interpretation, so you'll work with a practitioner. We'll look over your labs. This gives us opportunity to really just customize and make your protocol unique to you. You'll also get the inflammation support bundle, so that bundle of curated supplements that we talked about before, that's also included in this. So you'll get like your first bundle included in your package. Then we also have our comprehensive detox supplements that we use with patients. But again, this is something that when we have that lab testing, we're able to really dig in, look at the details, and customize things for you. Also, you know, just like we talked about sensitivities a little bit, A little bit ago. A little bit ago, we can, you know, slow things down if we need to or introduce things one at a time. So we're really meeting you where you're at. So even though there are some things that we know work, you know, for all patients, we're also looking at this from a perspective that we can make this really individualized for you. Then you'll have access to us for 12 months. So we'll work with you for a full year. We have weekly one on one or, I'm sorry, weekly group sessions. So they're live questions and support sessions that we will meet with you. You can ask your questions. You can also learn from questions that other people are asking. And then one of the most powerful things and one of the most rewarding things of doing these groups is that there is so much support that's offered by all the women in the group just really supporting each other. It's a very positive, supportive environment and something that Chelsea and I have both talked about that, you know, we wished we would have had when we went through just to be able to support each other. We also do some periodic assessments throughout your journey, so we can check kind of like some progress checks, like, how are you doing? Are there some things that we need to kind of like fine tune or maybe just do a little bit more individualizing to make sure that we're really addressing all the symptoms that may be happening in the body. So that is our program. Anything to add on there? And we've got Dr. Whitfield's book, too. You're going to get one of those. So.
Yeah, it's great. Thank you, Gina. I think that's. That's really it on the program. I feel like it is. I look at other programs out there and I'm just like, I. It's. It's really what I wish I had, you know, when I was going through my own journey and just even being a functional medicine practitioner, just really understanding this space and things like that. And just I was. I was alone, you know, that's what I think about on my journey. And I just, like. I think it's so powerful. You guys pat yourself on the back. I'm so happy that you're here. Look at all these beautiful women. It makes me so emotional because you are all here. And this is what we have in our community is just women supporting women. I've been on those sleazy Facebook pages. I know about them. I looked at them before I got my implants removed, and I thought, oh, my goodness, this is the scariest thing ever. I'm gonna put my body on a surgical table and I'm gonna have my implants removed, and I'm gonna do this all by myself, but with a group of women. Women supporting women. I think that we've just. We have something really beautiful here, and I'm just so thrilled to be a part of it. One thing that we did not say is that we. On our consult call, we have a discovery call that is absolutely free. You can talk with our team, and you can understand whether or not Sharp is right for you or Dr. Whitfield's call is right for you. If you have questions specifically about your health and you're wanting more of a consult, Gina and I charge a little bit more than this for our typical consults, but we're giving this to you today. We're offering this today to you for $50. It's just $50 for our time to just jump on with you and answer questions that you have about your specific health. Health. So what are you going to get from the call? Well, you're going to get answers about what you should potentially do next, whether that be diet changes, inflammation, you know, supporting inflammation in your body. Maybe we feel that our program would be a great next step for you. Maybe we can just help you with, like, some next steps as far as, like, lifestyle tips to take. So that's what you're going to get from the call is just like the. The next step takeaway for your specific situation. And you can schedule that at any time. Gina and I are going to open up our calendar. If you see that we book up, we'll. We'll kind of be monitoring that and open a few more additional time slots. We also see patients one on one, you know, so we. We have a full schedule. So bear with us. If you see anything that you, you know, you're not able to book, just try back, you know, later in the day and we'll try to keep that managed as best as we can. So we are so grateful that you joined us. We are so happy to meet all of you. We look forward to potentially working with some of you, some of you if you feel that's a really good fit for you. We are going to be doing these on a regular basis though, so if you find this helpful, let us know. If you want to respond to any of the emails that Gina and I send as a follow up, you can do that as well. Keep your questions coming. We do read every single one of your emails. We are so happy to get one all of your questions. We create a lot of our content based on you and what we feel like you need as women with breast implants or women who have just recently had your implants removed. So Gina, I'll leave it to you to close us out if you have anything else.
Thank you all so much. Really, really appreciate y' all being here and we really look forward to supporting you in the future or seeing you on our next call. So watch your inbox. Thank you all so much.
Bye. Bye.
Bye.
