You don't want to do this. You don't want to put anything disinfecting in your mouth. There's a huge microbiome bacteria that live with you. Do you need them as your first defense, as an immune system for detoxification, for building? No. So super important to not kill it. Therefore, be nice to these bugs and just, just use coconut oil. Pulling that is a ayurvedic strategy. Literally, you just buy extra virgin coconut oil, take a teaspoon of it and put it in the mouth, swish it around for five to 15 minutes, ideally daily or every other day. Make it a habit. Otherwise it doesn't even make any sense to do it. This is without any side effect. Costs you nothing. Penny costing. And it will soothe your microbiome, it will help your gums, your teeth, protects them, is antibacterial, antiviral, easy to implement. And number three would be copper tongue scraping or just tongue scraping. Tongue scraping means you have a specific scraper and you go to the back of your tongue. Just clean it. Every morning. I would do that first thing in the morning. Takes you 10 seconds. Again, habit is key. You just need to do it. Copper. Why? Because copper in itself is an antibacterial material. And it, it's also like almost for free. You can buy it everywhere. So that would be the easiest strategy.
