Don't buy the products in the first place. We don't need 25 cleaning products. We don't need a door handle cleaner, a window cleaner, surface cleaner, a sink cleaner, an oven cleaner. Guess what? We have do it yourself recipes with vinegar, sea salt, you know, clean oils, clean fragrance, nothing that's synthetic. Or you could look at the resources for choosing products at the store that are actually really low toxicity. So by cutting off the influx of a lot of these chemicals into your home, you are saving a lot of absorption into your body and into your family. And so that's a great place to start is cut off the flow. Then you open windows, then you circulate air, then you move to filters. And filters are very inexpensive these days in terms of just in terms of ones you can get right on online. So I think layer it in so that you don't overwhelm yourself.
