And I said, I'm going into the surgery, and I'm going to come out a new woman. My body's going to thank me, and everything is just, we're going to continue the healing journey. So I was very calm going into surgery. Even the nurses after said I looked very peaceful. I was smiling, coming out of anesthesia, which never happens. Usually I'm crying my eyes out. And then after that, I was just very kind to myself. I talked to my breasts every single day, which might sound silly, but I would just hold them while I was massaging, doing my massages. I would just talk to my breasts, talk to my body, and just say positive and kind words to myself instead of being negative.
