Keto works just fine when done properly. Dirty keto does not work because you can't metabolize all the fat you're introducing, which is the problem. So. But, like, regular, straight keto, of course works because I was in med school and I had a biochemistry teacher, and he's like, I'm in ketosis right now. I remember him. He was like, ketosis is great. And I was like, what is he talking about? What? This guy's Mooney. And, you know, when you're in your 20s, you eat like trash anyway.
