Here is a myth I hear every week. If you are thin, you cannot have a fat transfer. Body mass alone is not the only deciding factor. I look at the exam and often a DEXA scan, and I look for donor fat in the thighs, flanks, abdomen, and back. Some people just truly do not have enough source fat.
