I had, like endocrine disruption, like suppression, really, gut issues, dysbiosis, hair loss or loss of lack of hair growth, weight gain, just general systemic inflammation of the body. And so that's why this interview is important to me and why I think that. And it resonated with so many people, me sharing my story, which is why I know that there's a continuation of this, the demand and the curiosity for this information. Because, you know, this isn't a mystery anymore. Like, we don't get told the full truth in general with many, many things, especially when it comes to, to medicine and wellness.
