If you're over the age of 40, there's a term I use called thyropause. It's when your hormones start to shift and basically thyroid conditions show themselves, or at least they're going to show themselves in symptoms that you have now, whether or not you're actually properly diagnosed by your doctor. That's a whole other discussion. But it really is a huge epidemic, especially among women, that they're experiencing the symptoms of, but they're not actually getting the answers as to how to negate those symptoms and live a better life.
